Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Tastiomeal platform (the “Platform”), operated by JiSK IT Solutions (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Platform Nature

Tastiomeal is a digital marketplace and directory platform that allows independent kitchen operators to list and manage their business information. We do not prepare, sell, deliver, or handle food, nor are we involved in any transactions between users and kitchens.

2. Independent Service Providers

All kitchens listed on the Platform operate independently and are solely responsible for their services, including food safety, licensing, regulatory compliance, pricing, and customer interactions. We do not verify or guarantee any kitchen’s compliance or performance.

3. No Transactions

The Platform does not process payments, orders, or deliveries. All interactions between users and kitchens occur independently outside the Platform. We are not a party to any agreement between users and kitchens.

4. User-Generated Content

Users may upload content including images, menus, descriptions, and business details (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of your content. However, by submitting content to the Platform, you grant JiSK IT Solutions a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and use such content solely for operating and improving the Platform.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to upload any content.

5. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, remove, or restrict access to any content at our discretion if it violates these Terms, applicable laws, or platform policies.

6. Intellectual Property Complaints

If you believe any content infringes your copyright or intellectual property rights, please contact: support@tastiomeal.com

7. Assumption of Risk

Users acknowledge that food-related services involve inherent risks including allergens, food safety issues, and personal dietary concerns. Users interact with kitchens at their own discretion.

8. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or reliability of listings.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JiSK IT Solutions is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Platform or interactions with kitchens. Total liability shall not exceed CAD $100.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time without notice if required for safety, legal, or operational reasons.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province in which JiSK IT Solutions operates, and applicable Canadian federal laws.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of changes.
